Acto Investment Group will strive to stand out in the Puerto Rico market as the first local fund primarily focused on acquiring a portfolio of commercial properties with the main purpose of managing and holding them for the long term, thereby taking advantage of all the financial benefits tied to this type of investment, including:

    By investing in income-generating commercial properties, Acto will be able to offer high returns to its investors, payable in the form of dividends, which can help supplement income.

    Real estate investments have historically proven to be a good hedge against inflation, a topic that has gained increasing importance in recent months due to the global macroeconomic situation.

The initial focus of Acto will be on owner-operated commercial properties, whose owner is considering selling for one of the following reasons:

  • They do not have the time or expertise in real estate matters to effectively manage their property and prefer a local fund to handle everything related to the management of their property, giving them the ability to focus their time and energy on their business.

  • They have a significant percentage of their assets tied up in the property and have a desire to diversify their assets for risk management purposes.

  • They are in a transition process (divorce, inheritance, retirement, etc.) and are looking for a long-term owner who can maintain the property in good condition.

  • They want to generate cash to invest in other attractive opportunities.
